WW2 GERMAN WALTHER PPK LEATHER HOLSTER

Brown leather holster for the Walther PPK. 

The Walther PP (Polizeipistole, or police pistol) - The series includes the PP, PPK, PPK/S, and PPK/E models  -  are blowback operated semi-automated pistols.  These pistols were designed and made by the Carl Walther GmbH Sportwaffen manufacturers.  

With features such as a double-action trigger mechanism, a signle column magazine and a fixed barrel which guides the rod for the recoil spring. 

The PPK was highly praised weapon because of its compactness and reliability as well as the unique signal pin indicating that the gun was either loaded or unloaded. It protrudes from the rear of the slide when the chamber is loaded.  If the chamber is empty it stays inside the rear slide. This loaded chamber indicator does not exist on the rim fire models, only the center fire guns.
