WWII Canadian Mk.11 helmet with net from 1941. Made by G.S.W.
Comes with all the scim still attached to the helmet net.
Comes with original Canadian two-tone net. It is called "two-tone" because half the net is dyed olive Green and half was dyed dark brown with a distinct line separating the colors.
This MK II Brodie Helmet shell is marked G.S.W. AD MK II .1941
G.S.W. is the manufacturer. G.S.W. means "General Steelwares and Aluminum Goods of Canada".
The "A D" is the alphabetic code to designate a batch.
The liner is marked is "7 1/4, V.M.C. II. and 194? date (can not read last number)
V.M.C. means "Vicerory Manufacturing Company" Canada. The web chin strap is unmarked.
This Mk II Tommy helmet is in great condition. You would be hard pressed to find a more complete Canadian WW2 MK II 1941 Helmet.
