GERMAN WWII FAITHFUL SERVICE CROSS (BIKER CHAIN)

This is a a German WWII original Faithful Service Cross with an attached biker chain.  

Well if you are looking at the photos and saying wow, that looks like something out of “Sons of Anarchy” you might be right.

This Faithful Service Cross is original.  The chain is not original, but we are leaving it in place for originality. Very cool example, and as they say, “if only these things could talk".

The Faithful Service Cross, 2nd Class was awarded to German civilians who were employed by the German government for “long and faithful” serice. It was used as loyalty incentive to employees in any of the local, regional or national levels of public works.

This medal has a silver Pattée cross with a silver oak leaf wreath and a black swastika. The back of this is marked with Gothic script 'Für Treue Dienst' (For Faithful Service).
