GERMAN WW2 DETONATOR FUSE BOX FOR M24 STICK GRENADE

This is a empty wooden box which at one time safely transported 15 detonators for the WWII German M24 stick grenade.  

Sprengkapseln No 8 fuses were also used for many other devices. 

The dimensions of the rectangular box are roughly 3.75" x 2.25" x 1.25". The wood lid slides open and closed to cover the detonators.  

The Sprengkapseln No 8 fuses came in a wooden box that contained 15 detonators . The wooden box was again covered by a cardboard box then covered in wax, to ensure that the detonators were protected from moisture.

We have 2 of these detonator fuse wooden boxes.
