GERMAN ORIGINAL EASTERN FRONT MEDAL WITH RIBBON FOR OPERATION BARBAROSSA

This Original WW2 Russian Front medal comes with an authentic red, white and black ribbon.  This medal was awarded to both German combatant or non-combatant personnel who had participated in the first winter of Operation Barbarossa during November 15, 1941 to April, 1942.   Used, in good conidition. 

This medals shows an eagle holding a swastika on the front and the text:  Winterschlacht im Osten 1941/42" ("Winter Battle in the East 1941/42") on the back. The back also has a crossed sword and a branch.
