GERMAN BDM BROWN LEATHER SHOES BOOTS

Nice pair of period German girls/womens BDM shoes.  BDM was the femal version of the Hitler Youth. 

Brown leather.  European size 34.  US Size 6 / 23 c.m. measured on bottom heel to toe. 

BDM:  The League of German Girls (Bund Deutscher Mädel [BDM]) was the female section of the Hitler Youth, its role was to indoctrinate girls into the beliefs and ideals of the Nazi regime.  Girls between the ages of fourteen and twenty-one were taught that their role was to be 'mothers of Hitler's future soldiers'. BDM members undertook a wide range of activities including a compulsory land year, domestic science courses,field exercises, physical exercise, parades and marches.
