German lead/alloy WW2 Kreigsmariine picture plaque.
Shaped into a anchor and rope with it's speer and oars there is space in the circular life buoy for a picture. This has a picture of a Kreigsmarine Naval man.
On the back is a metal bar for standing up the plaque on your desk.
Measures 17 cm heigh X 9 cm wide.
Also has on the reverse the Ges. Gesch. mark. Gesch is an abbreviation for "Gesetzlich Geschutzt" and is the German equivalent of a trademark, copyright or patent. The translation of Gesetzlich Geschutzt literally means legally protected.
