CANADIAN KOREAN WAR PARATROOPER HELMET WITH 2 TONE HELMET NET 1953

Helmet, Steel, Airborne Troops Mk.II, 

Canadian Airborne issued HSAT (Helmet Steel Airborne Troops) MKII Jump Helmet.  British made by BMB in 1953.  Typical exterior paint used on Canadian helmets.  This helmet is complete and original with the 2 tone helmet net. The maker and date can be seen on both the liner and helmet shells you can see in the pictures.

Post WW2, Canada faced a shortage of jump helmets as they increased their airborne forces and purchased a  MKII Jump Helmets  from the UK in 1953.
